Your Retreat to Retreat… Making your Selection It can be hard to choose one of our beautiful treatments.  If you are having trouble our Spa consultants will be delighted to assist you in your selection – either in person or by phone or email (retreatdayspa@ecomtel.com.au) Group bookings Our experienced spa consultation can tailor parties that will guarantee a great time.  We will cater exquisite food and beverage and all your guests have complimentary usage of our spa, sauna and relaxation spaces! Booking your treatments We recommend you book in advance to secure your reservation – particularly packages and group bookings.  Please note that a credit card number is required when booking treatments greater than 1.5hrs duration and group bookings to guarantee your appointment. Arrival Time Ideally please try to arrive at least 15min before your appointment.  This gives you plenty of time to check in, change and relax before the commencement of your treatment.  Please try not to be late as this will shorten the time you spend with us. What to Wear? We suggest you wear whatever is comfortable for you.  We will get you changed in to ‘Spa Attire’ before your treatment.  Your privacy and comfort is of upmost importance to us. Reservation Conditions We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule.  We kindly ask out of consideration for others that you provide a 24hr notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment.  If shorter periods of notice are give a 50% cancellation fee with be incurred and “no shows” will be charged full price.  A surcharge of 10% is applicable on public holidays. Special Health Considerations Please mention when you book if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery etc, and especially if you are pregnant.  Our spa consultations can assist you in choosing appropriate treatments.  Gift Vouchers Our gift vouchers are a very popular gift, they are valid for 12 months and we are happy to take payment over phone and deliver the voucher to your loved one free of charge. Rewards Club We have a very generous rewards scheme which entitles you to FREE spa treatment.  Points are earned on every service and retail product in our store.  Ask reception for further details.
