How To Purchase Products From Our
Online Supplement Shop

  1. Many of the products listed on Retreat's Supplement Shop are classified by the TGA as "Practitioner Only."  Practitioner only products by law can only be supplied to you through a qualified health practitioner.  This is why this shop is password protected.   These supplements are of the best quality and are considerably more active than supplements easily bought at your supermarket, pharmacy or health food store.
  2. If you are existing client of Retreat Day Spa and have been prescribed products by us you should have been given the user name and password details to access this site.  If you have not received these or misplaced them, either call us on 02 6651 2511 or contact us and we will verify your details and email you. 
  3. Log on to the shop with these details (sometimes you may need to enter them twice)
  4. All products are listed according to brand, (eg Metagenics), find your prodct and press the "add to cart" button.  When you have finished shopping, simply press "View Cart" located on the top of each product page and then "procceed to checkout" from the PayPal shopping cart. 
  5. NOTE: we have selected PayPal due to its exceptional safety and security record, we have never had any problems with PayPal.
  6. Finally, enter  your personal details in the secure payment site of PayPal, pay by credit card or you may log in and pay by your own PayPal account.
  7. Clients of Retreat day spa enjoy FREE POSTAGE to local destinations.  We will endeaver to send your products within 24hrs.  However if the products are not in stock we will notify you by email if postage will be more than 48hrs.  Postage is by Australia Post.
  8. REMEMBER: as highly valued "Wellness Club Members" all products purchased will earn you 10% in "spa money."
