Arrival Time

We recommend that you book in advance- particularly for groups and packages.
Please note that a credit card number is required for all  bookings  to secure your appointments. We kindly ask  that you provide  24hr notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment.
If a shorter period of notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred & no shows will be charged full price.
This applies to gift certificate holders as well.
A surcharge of 15% is applicable on public holidays.

Wellness Club

We have a generous rewards scheme which can entitle you to FREE spa treatments.
It is free to join after your first appointment.
Once joined you receive treatments at our special locals price. 

Please try to arrive 15 min before your appointment. this gives you time to check in, change clothes and relax before your treatment. 

Special Health Considerations

Please mention when you book if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, skin conditions and especially if you are pregnant.
Our therapists can assist you in finding the most suitable treatment.

Pricing
All prices are correct at time of printing & are subject to change at the discretion of  Retreat Day Spa.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are a very popular gift, they are valid for  three years & we are happy to take payment over the phone & post vouchers free of charge.
We have a No Refund Policy for our vouchers, however we are happy to exchange the services on a voucher for any item in our store or a different type of service, just enquire at reception.
